Fox Mulder is an original character of both The X Files and the TV show that is featured in the story. He is an FBI Agent, and he made his first appearance in Season 1, Episode 1.

Fox has short, black slicked hair, green eyes, the faint hint of a 5 o'clock shadow and he has a fair complexion.
Throughout the series, his outfits are either:
- A black suit, white shirt and black tie.
- A light yellow t-shirt with 'ROBINSON'S DINER' written across the front in red, with the image of some food as some form of logo below.
- A black fleeced-lined FBI coat with zip, a woollen hat and black trousers.
