Episode 1[]

Renee Martin[]

Renee Martin is the first member of Jessica Dexler's unit at Rowan Base to disappear. At first, the other members of the team assume she went AWOL, until others begin to disappear as well.

Private Green is a member of the unit who goes missing after Renee Martin.

Corporal Oberlie[]

Corporal Oberlie is a member of the unit who goes missing after Renee Martin.

Andrew "Andy" Svehle[]

Dexler and Shvele

Andy is a member of Dexler's team at Rowan Base, and the last survivor other than Dexler herself. He is killed by a slime monster in the opening of Season 1, Episode 1. He is officially declared as MIA, missing in action.

Mucous Man[]

He is only seen in Episode 1 so far and killed Andy.

Dr. Rasmus Johansson[]

Johansson was one of the scientists who created the Mucous Man, working alongside Dr. Emily Oatman. Dexler finds his name on files abandoned in the bunker office.

PFC Evanslea[]

She is a fellow Marine who tells Dexler about a séance she held to try to make contact with her deceased grandmother.

Jerome[]

Jerome is Walter Skinner's assistant. He is never physically seen, but has a few lines of dialogue during which he informs Skinner of his next meeting from offscreen.

Episode 2[]

Tim Quilling[]

One of the victims whose murder Jess and Aaron investigate in Season 1, Episode 1 and 2. He was a grocery store department manager, and was thirty-seven when he died. Little Jimmer describes him as a "hug the trees, save the pandas" type and "too nice." He also mentions that Quilling enjoyed craft beer.

Matt Daley[]

He was a former teammate of Fulton's and a victim of the Coach Killer, murdered alongside his whole family.

Lashaun Cross[]

He was a former teammate of Fulton's and a victim of the Coach Killer, murdered alongside his whole family.

Couch Willoughby[]

Fulton's High School football coach who ended up being a serial killer called the "Coach Killer" and murdered two of Fulton's teammates, as well as their families, before targeting Aaron's. He seems to be obsessed with the concept of discipline and believes that if Aaron was home with his family instead of out with his girlfriend, he could have saved them. His dialogue implies he was raised in an abusive household and that his parents often criticized him for not being successful enough. Depending on your choices, Willoughby is either gunned down by FBI Agent Gregory Pierce or bludgeoned to death by Aaron.

Episode 5[]

Stacey Cohen[]

Stacey is Aaron Fulton's "sometimes-live-in girlfriend." She works as a bartender, but writes in her spare time, something she considers to be her real passion. Fulton describes her as not being the jealous type. The two seem to have a strong relationship and are often together when Aaron is not working. Stacey helps to draw Aaron out of his head and he considers himself lucky to be dating her. As his work in the FBI grows more dangerous and demanding, it begins to put a strain on their relationship.

June owns the bowling alley in Colorado where the stolen bowling balls are deposited after Sneberg's arrest.

Episode 6[]

Mrs. Chen[]

She is a transit employee who gives Aaron and Pierce technical information on one of the Ashtag murders.

Randy Tully[]

Tully was the fourth victim of Ashtag. He was a tight end for Stanford's football team and was killed when a streetlight malfunction ended with him being crushed by two T-boning cars while he was jogging. His girlfriend Marjorie describes him as being "gorgeous, in that earnest, Midwestern way." Although most of his friends, teachers, and acquaintances do nothing but praises him, his roommate Brennan describes him as a selfish slob who pushed Brennan around, bragged about girls, and threatened to beat Brenna up.

Ramzi Ahmed[]

Ramzi Ahmed was the second Ashtag victim and partied with Randy Tully when the two were freshmen. Ahmed was a guitar player with multiple noise complaints from frustrated neighbors, making it darkly ironic when he was fatally electrocuted when his guitar malfunctioned.

Marjorie Banks[]

She appears in Episode 6.

Brennan Farrell[]

He appears in Episode 6.

Steven Park[]

One of the victims in Episode 6 whose death cannot be prevented. His epilepsy pills were switched with insulin which. Official cause of death is SUDEP, sudden death in epilepsy.

Episode 7[]

Cancer Man[]

He is an associate of the Syndicate that Mulder and Scully tangled with in the past.

Jenna Mathis[]

She is Ty Wright's assistant.

Ty Wright[]

He is the CEO of M. M. Wright, the company that produced and manages R8R, and is very sexist. This may be due in part due to the fact that his "bitch mom" chested on his father and left them. He is later ashtagged because he refused to let Danny Brite out of his contract.

Roberto Alameda[]

Alameda is M. M. Wright's head of security and Cecily Lowe's ex-boyfriend. He is later ashtagged because he threatened Danny Brite after the young coder asked Cecily out.

Cecil Lowe[]

Cecily is an idealistic M. M. Wright coder who works to develop the "nuclear option," which would give R8R users the option to delete their accounts with a single click. She is later ashtagged because she laughed at Danny Brite when he asked her out. She is also Alameda's ex-girlfriend.

Episode 8[]

Meredith Hall[]

She appears in Episode 8. She is on the list of people being ashtagged.

Dr. Richard Baines[]

He appears in Episode 8 and is on the list of people being ashtagged. He suggests killing Tyler Wright to get off of the list.

Episode 9[]

David Bracken[]

Bracken is Cecil L'Ively's first victim after being freed by the Magic Bullets. He was forty years old, divorced, and worked in the main directory to provide a "friendly face" to employees and visitors.

Maheer Asrar[]

Asrar is L'Ively's second victim after being freed. He was twenty-six years old, married, and worked as a human resources clerk.

Episode 10[]

Rochelle[]

She is a playable character in Episode 10 who is killed by Cecil in a flashback scene. She mainly worked at the facility for her two sons, Damon and Ricky.

Bradley[]

One of the two employees Cecil kills in a flashback scene of Episode 10.
